Connor McDavid’s path from exceptional-status phenom to NHL superstar reached another milestone Monday as the CHL ranked the former Erie Otters captain No. 4 on its Top 50 Players of the Last 50 Years list. McDavid dominated junior hockey with 285 points in 166 OHL games before building a generational NHL résumé that now includes six Art Ross Trophies, three Hart Trophies, and some of the most explosive playoff production in league history.
